My hair loss issue stems back 6 or 7 yrs. I don’t know if it was the stress I was experiencing or if Alopecia is what triggered it. I wasted so much money on products that just did not work and I was just so frustrated! But at any rate when I had my consultation with Jass about 2 yrs ago, she explained everything to me in detail. She explained to me you have to read the labels because the ingredients used to make products we use is what damages your hair. I am so glad I found her because I felt like she really understood my struggle with my hair growth journey . She looked at my scalp and gave me a regimen to follow. She also mentioned certain foods that may have a positive effect on hair growth. I felt much better after talking with her. I was very pleased after my consultation!! ❤️

If I could, I would give her 100 stars. I’ve been to a trichologist before, but my consultation with Jass was the best experience ever. Why? Because everything that we face in this hair loss battle she has experienced first hand and can empathize with you. After my consultation, I had a set back and she was there to encourage me at my lowest point in my hair journey.

It was a pleasure to speak with Jass and receive great information! I had inquired about excessive shedding and my diagnosis of CCCA alopecia. She gave me a regimen to follow with her products and so far I’ve been seeing results with a little more hair growing in my balding areas and less shedding. Jass Skype consultant was very informative. She asked me questions about my hair situation, where I live, what happened prior to my hair loss. She was very knowledgeable and recommended that I changed few things about my hair wash day, what I should do about the water because I live in a very dry area and we have hard water. Overall I was very happy with my talk with her and I was very encouraged not to give up after our talk. Thank Jass!
